MENTAL ILLNESS AND DISORDER
Life is a journey and not a destiny. We work , we struggle and we achieve. sometimes , also we fail to achieve even after working hard and struggling hard. All these sufferings , strugglings and pressure somehow lead to illness. Also illness can be mental and not only physical. There are thousands of reasons which lead to mental illness , depression and panic attack. It can happen to anyone of any age, of any gender and of any rationality. usually people aged between 18-25 suffer the most. This is the time where a person actually gets what pressure is. People understand what responsibility is only after they come across the teen period. The age between 18-25 is tough. students start building their new phase of life. Students enter their graduation level and post graduation level and aslo in search of jobs as well. In case they are failing in any certain activity , then they start feeling low in thought of low education , lack of self confidence and also sometimes they make their minds that they are incapable of doing anything. They start feeling , they can't achieve , they aren't self sufficient , they aren't intelligent and they aren't smart enough to deal with day to day situations. They convince themselves that they are unfit for today's generation and incapable of things. All these happens only because of low self esteem which leads to mental illness and disorders. Sometimes people suffer from depression and commit suicide if in case they couldn't qualify an interview or any job related entrances.
Todays generation is very sensible and immature. Not every one is but yes mostly all of them are. They are very emotional in nature and aslo couldn't tolerate failure , although failure is a key to success but they couldn't accept that and take very immature and serious steps. Recent data shows that most teens are dieing only due to depression and also killing themselves by committing suicide.
So mental state is very important for all and everyone. We need therapies to reduce mental illness , these days. We are advised by our elders that by sharing things and issues we can reduce our mental illness whereas it is not possible for everyone. Introverts cannot share each piece of thing and also they cannot express , which is harmful for their mental state but they are introverts by nature and it's not their fault completely. Comitting suicide , killing your ownselves is ultimately due to stress and mental illness.
We must do things to reduce mental illness such as - 1. MEDITATION
2. STRESS FREE ACTIVITIES
3.SURROUND YOURSELVES WITH GOOD PEOPLE WHO HAVE POSITIVE THOUGHTS ONLY.
4.LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS
5.SET REALISTIC GOALS
THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR A PERSON TO DEAL WITH STRESS AND MENTAL ILLNESS. SHARE YOUR ISSUES AND PROBLEMS . TRY EXPRESSING YOUR FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS. TO LIVE A STRESSFREE LIFE - BE THE REAL YOU AND BE THE HAPPY YOU.
