Learning has no age. Learning languages helps in easy communication. Learning new languages make yourself stand out for competitions. Generally we talk in our own language i.e. our mother tounge. usually we give speeches and debates in our own language.

TOURISM is troublesome these days , only beacause people are not comfortable with each others language. when people move out of station then they get confused in which language shall they speak so that other's could get them easily. if you re not clear with the language then misconception happens sometimes. people argue unnecessarily , only because they get confused with languages . 

FOR SAYING - If a bengali person will go for vacation to chennai with a tamil person only then both of them do not understand each others language and they might face problem in communication. 

SO not only foreign language , it is highly necessary to learn language of other states of our country .
